General terms and conditions

This English page is an informational translation and overview of MKP Digital's Danish General Terms and Conditions, version 0.1, effective 22 July 2026. If there is any discrepancy or ambiguity, the Danish version is authoritative. Switch to Danish using the language control in the header to read the complete controlling text.

The terms apply to MKP Digital projects, consultancy, operation, hosting and other digital deliveries unless otherwise agreed in writing. The agreement consists of the accepted quotation or project agreement, relevant appendices and these general terms. The specific agreement takes precedence in the event of conflict.

Prices, VAT status, payment schedule and invoicing follow the specific agreement. Late payment may result in interest, fees, suspension and postponement of work in accordance with the Danish terms and applicable law.

Project start and deadlines depend on the client's timely delivery of decisions, access, content and other agreed material. Scope changes, additional correction rounds and work outside the agreement require written approval and may affect price and timeline.

The client must review and approve deliveries within the agreed process. Go-live, acceptance, final payment, defect notification and remediation follow the detailed Danish terms and the specific agreement.

Rights to client-specific deliverables, source code, production data, third-party licences and technical handover are governed by the detailed Danish terms and the specific agreement. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.

Hosting, DNS, email, backup, recovery, maintenance, platform changes, recurring services, price adjustments and termination are governed by the selected service and the detailed Danish terms. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

The client is responsible for lawful content and instructions. Accessibility, compatibility, security, AI tools, data protection, processing agreements, confidentiality and subcontractors are handled as described in the complete Danish terms and any relevant appendices.

Rules on cancellation of fixed-price projects, MKP Digital's right to stop work, material breach and termination of recurring services are set out in the complete Danish terms. Accrued payment obligations and provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

Liability limitations differ for business clients and consumers and are subject to mandatory law. Third-party claims, complaint deadlines, assignment, amendments, severability, time calculation, Danish law and venue are governed by sections 48–60 of the authoritative Danish terms.
