Yes. SiteGuard can complete the form using identifiable test data, check the confirmation and, where needed, verify that the test email arrives. The test is agreed in advance so it does not disrupt operations.
Yes. SiteGuard tests the public website and selected functions, so it is not tied to a specific CMS or framework.
No. SiteGuard detects and documents errors. You can fix them yourself or engage MKP Digital for troubleshooting and remediation under a separate agreement.
A single failure is normally checked again before an incident is confirmed. Confirmation rules, multiple locations and requirements for consecutive successful recovery checks reduce false alerts and noise.
Yes. The Business plan is designed for multiple websites, and additional websites can be added as needed.
SiteGuard stores monitor configuration, check results, incidents, reports and necessary technical artefacts. Sensitive values must be kept out of logs, and private artefacts are provided through time-limited access.
No. Automated checks can identify changes and known problems, but they do not document full legal compliance, compliance status or security.
Yes. Agencies can bring several client sites together, manage alert recipients and give clients read access. Branded reporting can be added.
The subscription can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. Before deletion, the organisation's websites, monitors, incidents and reports can be exported.
